Property Maintenance Checklist

A property management maintenance checklist helps teams organize regular upkeep across residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties. It focuses on the practical condition of the building: shared spaces, exterior areas, lighting, utilities, safety equipment, access points, parking areas, landscaping, waste zones, security systems, and tenant-facing amenities.

This checklist is useful for property managers, maintenance coordinators, building supervisors, HOA managers, and facility teams that need to prevent small defects from turning into costly repairs. It helps track leaks, damaged finishes, failed lights, blocked routes, worn equipment, pest signs, security concerns, and unresolved maintenance requests.

With TARGPatrol, maintenance checks become part of a controlled digital workflow. Inspectors can follow the checklist on-site, attach photos, mark issue locations, create work orders, assign responsible people, and verify completed repairs during follow-up inspections. This helps property teams keep maintenance records consistent, transparent, and easy to review.
