Fire Sprinkler System Inspection Checklist

A fire sprinkler inspection checklist helps facility teams, safety officers, maintenance staff, and service contractors check visible sprinkler components, control valves, sprinkler heads, piping, gauges, alarms, signage, clearance, and obstruction risks.

This checklist is useful for offices, apartment buildings, warehouses, retail sites, hotels, schools, healthcare facilities, industrial buildings, and other managed properties where sprinkler system readiness is critical for fire safety.

With TARGPatrol, fire sprinkler inspections can be completed as scheduled digital checks or route-based safety rounds. Inspectors can scan QR codes near sprinkler zones, attach photos, report defects, assign priorities, create work orders, and track corrective actions until issues are resolved.
