Snow Removal Checklist

A snow removal checklist helps property managers, facility teams, maintenance staff, and snow removal contractors control winter service tasks across entrances, sidewalks, parking areas, drive lanes, stairs, ramps, loading zones, emergency routes, and high-risk pedestrian areas.

This checklist is useful for apartment complexes, office buildings, retail centers, schools, hospitals, hotels, warehouses, parking facilities, HOA communities, and other managed properties where snow and ice can affect safety, access, operations, and liability. It helps confirm that snow is cleared, ice is treated, priority areas are accessible, hazards are marked, and follow-up work is assigned when conditions change.

With TARGPatrol, snow removal tasks can be assigned as scheduled digital routes or weather-triggered service checks. Teams can scan QR codes at key zones, attach photos before and after clearing, record material use, report unsafe areas, create work orders, and track completion across multiple properties.
