Once your trial ends, you’ll need to choose your next step: continue with Base or move to Free.

Of course! You can cancel your subscription anytime. You’ll still enjoy all the benefits of your paid plan until the end of your billing cycle. After that, you won’t be charged again, and your workspace will automatically switch to the Free plan.

When you invite a new user, we charge you proportionally to the time left in the billing cycle. For example, if you pay annually and there are six months left until the next payment, the prorated amount is $12*(6/12)*12=$72.
When you deactivate a user, the unspent amount will be deducted from your next bill.

We use Stripe at the checkout and Stripe to process your payment. Stripe handles billions of dollars in transactions and is trusted by companies like Amazon, Google, and Airbnb. We do not store or handle your credit card information directly.

All the data is stored in secure AWS data centers within the EU or USA (depends on the organization region).
