Ice Control Checklist

An ice control checklist helps property managers, facility teams, maintenance staff, and winter service contractors inspect sidewalks, entrances, stairs, ramps, parking areas, drive lanes, loading zones, and other high-risk surfaces for ice buildup and slip hazards.

This checklist is useful for apartment complexes, offices, schools, hotels, healthcare facilities, retail centers, warehouses, parking facilities, HOA communities, and other managed properties where ice can affect safety, access, liability, and daily operations.

With TARGPatrol, ice control checks can be completed as scheduled digital rounds or weather-triggered service tasks. Inspectors can scan QR codes in key zones, attach photos, record hazards, assign priorities, create work orders, and track corrective actions until icy areas are treated and safe.
