CCTV Maintenance Checklist

A CCTV inspection checklist helps security teams, facility managers, maintenance staff, and service contractors check whether surveillance cameras are working, recording correctly, covering the required areas, and remaining protected from damage, tampering, weather, and visibility issues.

This checklist is useful for apartment buildings, offices, warehouses, retail stores, schools, hotels, parking facilities, industrial sites, HOA communities, and other managed properties where video surveillance supports safety, incident review, access control, and asset protection.

With TARGPatrol, CCTV inspections can be completed as scheduled digital rounds or route-based security checks. Inspectors can scan QR codes near camera zones, attach photos, record defects, create work orders, notify responsible teams, and track corrective actions until the surveillance issue is resolved.
