Irrigation System Maintenance Checklist

An irrigation system inspection checklist helps property managers, landscaping teams, facility staff, and irrigation contractors check sprinkler zones, valves, controllers, pipes, backflow devices, water pressure, drainage, coverage, leaks, and visible damage during routine landscape maintenance.

This checklist is useful for commercial properties, apartment complexes, HOA communities, parks, schools, hotels, retail sites, office campuses, and managed residential properties. It helps identify broken sprinkler heads, dry areas, overspray, low pressure, leaking valves, clogged nozzles, damaged lines, controller errors, drainage issues, and repairs needed to keep landscaping healthy and water use under control.

With TARGPatrol, irrigation inspections can be completed as scheduled digital routes or seasonal service tasks. Inspectors can scan QR codes near irrigation zones, attach photos, record zone issues, create work orders, assign responsible users, and track corrective actions until repairs are completed.
