Termite Inspection Checklist

A pest control inspection checklist helps property managers, facility teams, maintenance staff, and pest control contractors check buildings and surrounding areas for signs of insects, rodents, nesting activity, entry points, sanitation issues, moisture problems, and conditions that may attract pests.

This checklist is useful for apartment buildings, offices, hotels, schools, restaurants, warehouses, retail sites, healthcare facilities, HOA communities, and other managed properties. It helps identify droppings, gnaw marks, pest sightings, damaged materials, open gaps, food waste, standing water, overflowing trash, and areas that require treatment or follow-up.

With TARGPatrol, pest control inspections can be completed as scheduled digital checks or route-based service tasks. Inspectors can scan QR codes in high-risk zones, attach photos, record pest evidence, mark issue locations, create work orders, assign responsible users, and track corrective actions until the issue is resolved.
