Language and Locale
TARGPatrol supports English, German, Spanish, French, Portuguese, and Russian. A Locale selects the interface language and regional formatting for dates, times, and numbers. Timezone is a separate setting that determines local time and reporting-period boundaries.
Personal-account language
Choose your preferred language in your personal-account settings. This controls personal-account pages. It does not override the Locale stored for your user in an organization.
Language inside an organization
When an organization is created, its Locale provides the initial locale for its first users. Owners and administrators can review organization settings, while an individual user’s Locale is edited in Team. After opening an organization, the interface follows that user’s Locale for that organization, even if the personal-account language is different.
PDF language and organization-specific names
Task, Incident, and Issue PDF exports use the current organization user’s locale for built-in headings and date formats. Names configured by your organization—such as Incident states, Types, and Categories—remain as entered and are not translated automatically.
If the interface is still in another language
Check the user’s Locale in Team, not only the personal-account setting. Switch out of the organization and open it again after the change. If a configured state or category remains in its original language, edit that organization data rather than changing the Locale.
