Scheduled Report
Scheduled Reports automatically generate and deliver operational reports. They are useful when supervisors, clients, payroll teams, or head office need the same evidence every day, week, month, or quarter.
Open Scheduled Reports
Owner or Administrator permissions are required to create and manage Scheduled Reports. Open Reports and select Scheduled Reports to view their enabled state, last run, next run, and available actions.

Create a Scheduled Report
Select Add scheduled report.
Enter a clear name and keep Enabled selected if it should start running immediately.
Choose the report type, Excel or PDF format, locale, and timezone.
Configure the report parameters and filters.
Set the schedule and add at least one user or email recipient.
Save the Scheduled Report.

Available report types
Scheduled Reports support By Tasks, By Points, By Users, By Locations, By Incidents, By Actions, Check-in Logs, and User Timesheet. By Issues remains available only for legacy Issue workflows; use By Incidents for new reporting.
Configure report parameters
By Actions requires at least one action column.
User Timesheet requires a user.
By Points, By Users, and By Locations can include grouped detail rows.
Filters depend on the report type and are optional unless the form indicates otherwise.
For By Incidents, select Type before Category.
Scheduled Reports save their own report parameters. They do not depend on an interactive Personal or Organization Report configuration. Updating or deleting an interactive configuration therefore does not change an existing Scheduled Report.
How the reporting period is calculated
Interval | Generated data |
|---|---|
Day | The previous completed day. |
Week | The previous completed week. |
Month | The previous completed month. |
Quarter | The previous completed quarter. |
The selected timezone controls both schedule execution and report-period boundaries. Check it before saving, especially when recipients and Locations operate in different regions.

Schedule and recipients
Choose when the report runs and verify the displayed schedule. Add existing organization users, external email addresses, or both. At least one recipient is required.
Manage Scheduled Reports
Enable or disable delivery without deleting the configuration.
Review the last and next run times.
Edit the reporting parameters, format, locale, timezone, schedule, or recipients.
Delete a schedule that is no longer required.
