Reports
Reports play a crucial role in managing operational activities and ensuring process transparency. In TARGPatrol, the reporting system allows users to efficiently track, analyze, and improve task execution. In this article, we will discuss how to create and manage reports in TARGPatrol, as well as the types of reports available.
Creating a Report in TARGPatrol

Report Types
TargPatrol provides several report views to analyze operations from different angles:
By Tasks
Shows task-level execution details: task name, assignees, status, start/end times, completion, warnings, and errors. Use it when you need a full operational audit of what was planned vs what was done.
By Points
Groups results by checkpoint/point. Use it to see which points are covered regularly, where misses happen, and where execution quality is lower.
By Users
Groups task execution by assignee.Use it to compare team members by completion volume, performance, and consistency.
By Locations
Aggregates data by site/location.Use it to evaluate how each location performs and identify sites that need attention.
By Issues
Focuses on issues found during task execution. Use it to track issue frequency, distribution, and recurring problem categories.
User Timesheet
Summarizes time spent by users on task execution.Use it for workload tracking, shift/time analysis, and internal reporting on worked time.
Exporting Reports
TARGPatrol allows you to export reports for easier sharing, printing, and further analysis. Depending on the report type, exports are available in Excel or PDF format.
This is especially useful when you need to prepare reports for managers, clients, audits, or internal documentation.
Please note that report export is available only on paid plans. If you are using the free plan, you can still generate and view reports in the system, but file export is not included.
If needed, previously generated reports and exported files can also be accessed later through Notifications or the History section.
