Tags
Tags help you organize, categorize, and quickly find information across your organization. By assigning tags to different objects, you can group related items, apply filters, and generate more meaningful reports.
What You Can Tag
In TARGPatrol, tags can be applied to multiple types of objects:
Users — group employees by role, team, shift, or responsibility
Issues — categorize incidents by type, priority, or department
Tasks — label work by service type, frequency, or contract
Points — mark checkpoints by zone, floor, or function
Locations — classify sites by client, region, or facility type
Checklists — organize procedures by use case or department
Using consistent tags across objects makes it easier to manage complex operations.
Why Use Tags
Tags provide flexible organization without changing your structure.
You can use them to:
Quickly filter lists and dashboards
Segment data for reports
Identify related items across locations
Simplify navigation in large organizations
Support operational analysis and audits
Managing Tags
All tags are managed centrally in the Tags component.

From there, you can:

Changes are applied across all objects using the tag.
