TARGPatrol Update February 2026
We’re excited to introduce a powerful set of updates designed to make field operations more flexible, transparent, and easier to manage — especially for security and facility service companies working in dynamic environments.
This February release focuses on flexibility in task execution, improved team coordination, enhanced reporting, and better visibility into field activity.
🚀 What’s New
On-Demand Check-ins
Guards and field employees can now perform check-ins without having a pre-scheduled task. This allows teams to stay compliant even when operations are unpredictable or when you prefer a less rigid workflow. Administrators can control who is allowed to use this feature and configure it directly in Point settings.

Multiple Assignees per Task
You can now assign a task to multiple users. The first employee who starts the task takes ownership, while others can no longer start it. This is perfect for shared responsibilities or situations where you need the job done but don’t know exactly who will handle it.

Media Gallery Improvements
The Media Gallery has been enhanced with new export capabilities. You can now generate a Media Gallery Report (PDF) that exports all found images into a structured PDF file, including contextual data such as date, time, user, point, and location — making client reporting cleaner and more professional.
In addition, you can download selected media files (both images and videos) as a compressed archive, allowing you to quickly retrieve and store raw media evidence outside the system when needed.

Site Views
We’ve introduced Site Views — a powerful new way to visualize your operations directly on the map. You can now observe all your Points in real time, see completed and pending Tasks, review Check-in results, and monitor scheduled deployments for the day — all in one interactive view. Site Views gives you instant geographical context, helping you quickly understand coverage, identify gaps, and track activity across every location without switching between multiple reports.

User Calendar Feed (ICS Integration)
Scheduled tasks can now be synchronized with external calendars such as Google, Microsoft (Outlook), and Apple Calendar. Users receive standard calendar reminders and notifications when tasks are about to start — helping teams stay aligned with their schedules.

New Billing Page Overview
We’ve introduced a redesigned Billing page that gives you a clear overview of your organization’s subscription details in one place. You can instantly see your current plan, subscription status, the number of active users, and the total number of users in your organization. This makes it easier to monitor usage limits and understand your current subscription level. From the same page, you can quickly access the Stripe Portal to manage your plan, update payment methods, or review invoices.

Mobile App Version 1.4.X
The new TARGPatrol Mobile App version 1.4.X introduces major improvements focused on flexibility, clarity, and enhanced field performance. This release includes support for On-Demand Check-ins, allowing users to scan Points and complete actions without a pre-assigned Scheduled Task (if enabled). It also adds Multiple Assignees per Task, enabling teams to share responsibility — the first user who starts the task takes ownership.
Additionally, we’ve implemented improved mobile feedback during GPS-based scans, providing clearer and more detailed information when users verify their location or complete check-ins. These enhancements make task execution smoother, reduce confusion in the field, and improve overall operational visibility.

February’s update brings even more clarity and control to your daily operations. With improvements across reporting, billing visibility, and the new Site Views map experience, TARGPatrol continues to make field management simpler, more transparent, and more efficient for security, cleaning, and maintenance teams alike. As always, we’re building based on your feedback — and there’s more on the way. Stay tuned for upcoming enhancements, and thank you for being part of the TARGPatrol community.
