Site Guard Patrol Checklist
Site Patrol Checklist is a patrol control checklist used to manage routine security rounds across a site and document what the guard actually checks during each patrol. It helps structure the round around critical control points such as the perimeter, access gates, storage areas, technical zones, internal routes, loading areas, emergency equipment, and visible security systems. The checklist is intended to make patrols more consistent, reduce gaps in route coverage, and ensure that abnormal conditions are identified and recorded in a standard format.
In TARGPatrol, the guard completes the checklist directly during the patrol from a mobile device. As the round progresses, the officer can confirm completed checkpoints, add comments, attach photos, record hazards, log suspicious activity, note damaged barriers or doors, and describe the action taken immediately on site. This creates a traceable digital record of the patrol and gives supervisors clearer visibility into route discipline, incident reporting, and the actual condition of the facility at the time of inspection.
