Creating a User in TARGPatrol

To create a new user in TARGPatrol, follow these steps:
  1. Go to https://app.targpatrol.com and log in with your account. For more information on registration and login, refer to the previous lesson.

  2. Navigate to the "Team" tab.

  3. Click on the "Add User" button.

  4. Fill in the user's details.

  5. Save the changes and send the invitation to the user.

Creating a User
Pay attention to user roles:
  • Owner: The creator of the organization, having all rights including access to the "Billing" section.

  • Administrator: A user who can perform all actions except creating new locations and accessing the "Billing" section.

  • Manager: An employee with access to view all data and create tasks.

  • User: Can perform tasks and report incidents.

  • Guard: Can perform tasks and report incidents without having a personal account. Access is granted via a PIN code on a device authorized by the Owner or Administrator.

Editing and Archiving Users

To edit or archive a user in TARGPatrol, follow these steps:
  1. Go to https://app.targpatrol.com and log in with your account.

  2. Navigate to the "Team" tab.

  3. Click on the pencil icon next to the user you want to edit.

  4. Make the necessary changes.

If you need to disable a user, use the "Archive" function. After archiving, the user becomes inactive and cannot log into the system. Users can be unarchived at any time.
